Counseling – Cornerstone has at its very heart the need broken ministers and leaders have for confidential, informed restorative counseling. The executive director spends an average of 20 hours/week in direct counseling activity, as well as countless referrals per specific needs.
Shepherd of the Broken Staff – Counseling, intervention and practical constructs for recovering spiritual life in broken leadership, particularly ministers who have had a moral failure or are struggling with purity issues
Fellowship of Accountability – The establishment of an accountability program through “holy conferencing” using specific tools, which makes the path to faithful behavior measureable and repeatable
